BETHNALS are renowned for basic silhouettes and strong denim textures, which is emphasised throughout the AW16 collection with classic cuts and honest fabrics.
Inspired by the 1960’s progression of the denim scene, growing rapidly out of London’s social need to break clothing tradition. Bethnals introduce straight leg slim jeans & classic Western denim jackets in rich pure indigo paired with worker bib and brace overalls and shearling chore coats. A deep orange t-shirt adds rich colour to contrast the indigo whilst a pale French ’worker’ jacket creates a distinct boxy silhouette.
The staple western denim jacket has been reworked in black and striped Breton tops sit nicely under statement dungarees. Classic shapes from the collection have been revisited in ecru, whilst the core ethos remains the same – considered unisex design rendered in the highest quality.
