Last night TMRW caught the final show of Biffy Clyro’s tour at the O2 in London. Fresh from headlining a string of festivals in the summer, Simon, James and Ben brought their new album Ellipsis – as well as fan favourites Machines, Bubbles and 57 – to their arena gigs.
A spectacular visual show accompanied their incessant energy, almost forcing the crowd into loving every minute of the performance as they covered all of the stage.
New tracks such as ‘Friends and Enemies’ moved, sometimes awkwardly, into chaos inducing tracks like ‘That Golden Rule’. However, the arena was left struck by the variety of Biffy’s set, their Scottish charm and host of anthemic tracks meaning that everyone left with a sense of satisfaction.
Mon the Biff!
