Get Inuit don’t have much fun clowning around in new video

Get Inuit are a band of candid lyrics, blistering riffs and wake-up vocals.

They’re a band who practically thrive from the grittiness of life and all that it throws at us. Managing to take anything slightly gawky and lashing it with angst has become a trademark.

In their latest video for ‘All My Friends’ –  a snarling, thumping ode to friends lost to mortgages and 9 – 5 jobs. The visuals see front-man, Jamie Glass, as a morbid clown rattling around in this so called real world. Donning a downward smile and a too bright conventional clown suit, Glass doesn’t do the taunting, instead it’s this miserable way of living that’s something of nightmares.

Hitting home that it’s a warped world we live in – where we’re afraid of the things that are meant to make us smile, and force a smile instead at the mundane, Get Inuit’s new track might make you change perspective the next time you’re stuck in a quarter-life crisis. Good job it’s so damn catchy.

FYI. We’re definitely not taking responsibility if you get caught in the thrill of rebelling and end up ruining a child’s birthday party.
