You know when you hear a song and you just think ‘banger’? You’re about to have that moment again.
‘Goes Around Comes Around’, the latest slice from Indigo Husk, is guitar pop done right from the jangly yet intricate riffs, to the chanting beer strewn chorus, to the joyous bloody fanfare. Vocals are slurred in deliciously indie boy-band drawl fashion, distortion is blistering and becomes a messy sense of mind, and the punk energy is made for rubbing shoulders with a stranger whilst jumping in a stuffy crowd.
Its message is loud and clear: be loud and fucking clear, and stand up for yourself when you need to.
This is the journey of the three Joes and a Flynn, and everything that has led to the high volume track.
