London indie-electro outfit Little Grim have released their new single, ‘Infectious’ taken from their upcoming debut EP, out later this year, alongside an encapsulating video animation.

Interlacing singer Joe Murphy’s incandescent vocals with their unique brand of off-kilter electronic beats, ‘Infectious’ takes the band’s concrete rhythmic beats and inspiring indie pop tunes to a much darker place.

Recorded with Brett Cox (Jack Garratt, Tusks, Vök), ‘Infectious’ is sound-defining: the perfect song to mark the run up to Little Grim’s debut EP. Inspired by the stark physicality and emotional confusion of an abusive relationship, piercing, severe lyricism is the fearless centre-point of this release.

Little Grim formed in 2015 after singer Joe Murphy and guitarist Jeremy Barclay met in a jazz band, and discovered a shared love for making quirky tunes.

Since then, a run of single releases has seen the duo hone their song-writing into the mature form it takes today. With ‘Infectious’ they’re ready to make their mark.
