For their fourth collection, Merill+Forbes are getting all mathematical on us.
In AW17, the brand are exploring the concept of the Golden Ratio (that’s a/b = (a+b)/a = 1.6180339887498948420, for you lot who slacked off at school). The new collections examines how we see balance and perfection in art and nature, where the universal ratio becomes a source of creative inspiration.
The range features harmonious lines, a balance in colours and the positioning of the utility pockets, as well as the numbers of the Fibonacci Code (see previous bracket, slackers) translated into enhanced prints and heat seals on t-shirts and sweats.
