Niall Horan’s ‘Slow Hands’ is sexier than you’d ever imagine

Tease. That’s the right word.

We heard radio silence, until Niall Horan tweeted a simple link to debut solo single, ‘This Town’. Then, he appeared to fall off the face of the earth. Months later, we’re hearing ‘Slow Hands’ – a song that is energised by its tease, and powered by sensuality.

Offering up a slice of funk, the track is irresistible. From the slight rasp of the assured vocal to the tantalising slip of tempo change, Niall lays down thumping beats and grooving bass.

Sultry lyricism crawls atop; silky and confident, telling the night-time propositions from a girl he met at a bar. It’s cheeky and leaves little to the imagination, ‘back sweat dripping down the dirty laundry’, delivered and completed with subtle ‘mmms’ and yelps of joy.

‘Slow Hands’ moves you with steady hands on your hips. Minx.
