What’s better than a single release from Jolé?
The master of the acoustics has treated us to two new cuts; ‘Seldom Seen’ and ‘Clutter’. Melodically joining as two halves of a golden locket, worn closely two the heart, the tracks showcase the Brighton based artist’s beautifully composed approach to storytelling and conjure emotion with a delivery delicately woven.
Washed subtly with hints of melancholy, and tinted a slight rose colour with bittersweet harmonies, both songs are simple yet effective. There’s a sense of coming of age to the charming lilt of heartfelt innocence.
They’re the perfect songs to both fall in and out of love to.
