South London three-piece SYKES will release their new single ‘Younger Mind’ this Friday, 24 June via LAB Records prior to performing on the full Vans Warped Tour across the United States this Summer.
‘Younger Mind’ precedes a five-track EP of the same name in the coming months and follows a UK tour with The Summer Set last month.
SYKES make alternative pop that blends upbeat guitar music with infectious pop melodies and soft female vocals. Praised for having a “unique sound that pours from each member” – Indie Licks, the spectrum of SYKES collective influences are as far ranging as Daft Punk through to Fleetwood Mac.
