New single ‘Hate Candidate’ re-invents their sound.
Berlin-based indie quartet Bloodhype return with a fresh, confident sound in latest single ‘Hate Candidate’ evoking an authentic sense of nostalgia that belongs solely to the self-made band.
Following the band’s first EP in 2018, which established them as an impressive addition to the Berlin music scene, the single is a cross between a 90s sci-fi soundtrack and a gritty garage rock sound. It blends electronic vibes with newly-discovered vocal nuances, making it an exciting release that’s set to bring the band out of their shell.
Bloodhype are evolving musically and stylistically by switching from a monochrome aesthetic to a brighter technicolour vibe. This has given the band a unique blend of late-night indie-rock against a colourful and robust backdrop which unfailingly catches the attention of a fanbase that’s ever-expanding.
Bloodhype are well on their way to becoming the next big thing from Berlin to break international boundaries.
