Referencing 90s prints and colourways as well as the great outdoors and an array of minimalist silhouettes, hummel HIVE AW19 is the perfect fusion of sophisticated styling intertwined with a modern-day interpretation of the brand’s highly revered archive.
The collection is staggered across two drops with the first capsule taking the form of the Sportcore collection. Sportcore embraces a minimalist aesthetic and blends striking hummel football references with 90s Scandi-cool silhouettes. Textured materials are married with bold patterns for a truly refreshing take on heritage sportswear, dressed up in a tailored style.
The second drop of the collection comes in the form of Casual Outdoor and celebrates the Nordic landscape with a capsule designed to evoke freedom, friendship and the crispness of fall. It combines sporty silhouettes with classic outdoor wear references throughout and is packed with exaggerated proportions, functional puffer detailing and a multitude of stripe motifs archive geometries and colour blocking.
Championing transparency, honesty and sport to the brand’s core, HIVE intends to ignite fashion and sneaker subcultures around the world while striking and engaging communication. Their AW19 collection is available worldwide from August 8th, 2019.
