LFWM Panel Discussion

On Monday 7th January, the last day of LFWM, Ace & Tate is hosting a panel discussion at their Hanbury Street store that will delve on the ever-growing relationship between menswear, streetwear and music and the growing importance of creative direction and styling in the music industry.

Following the success of their preceding event at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles event curators Undine Markus and Holly Rae Jones share the intent of this panel discussion in London;

“By bringing together perspectives of creative directors, content creators, stylists, designers, artists, and more, we’re looking to host an informative session that paints the full picture on what it is like to build an artist in 2019, with a particular focus on styling and fashion. Given the lack of authoritative and reliable sources on the topic, we hope to create a stimulating discussion and exchange of information, particularly for those looking to pursue a career in fashion and /or music.”

The panel is composed of industry professionals, from music video commissioners and fashion designers to creative directors and content producers:

Rashid Babiker, Creative Director for Jorja Smith
Emily Ann Sonnet, Creative Commissioner (Masego, RAYE, Amber Mark, SG Lewis, Mø)
Joshua Meeks Rayvon, Content Creator at PAQ / Kyra TV
Liam Hodges, Fashion Designer
Daisy Deane, Stylist (Music and Fashion)

The event is free and open to the public, but RSVP is necessary. RSVP link can be found, here.
