Goodbye to the fuccbois.
Hailing from Napa Valley, 20-year-old singer and songwriter Olivia O’Brien, has just released ‘Now’. A song about an “almost relationship”, exploring what could have been, as Olivia reminisces on someone she now realises is not who she thought he was. Accompanied by a fun video starring actor-model Luka Sabbat, IG star Kelsey Calemine, Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper and more, it’s a playful look at modern dating and all it’s trials ‘n’ tribulations.
Olivia’s collaboration with gnash on the multi-platinum 2016 summer hit “I hate u, I love u,” which she wrote at the age of 15, was her big rise to fame. Her music is rooted in atmospheric pop and R&B that is relatable and remarkably raw. Alike to many Gen-Z’ers, Olivia’s last single ‘Josslyn’ exploded on TikTok and now has more than 1 Million YouTube views and 4 Million US streams. Previously nominated for two awards, Best Solo Breakout at the iHeart Radio Music Awards and Best Breakup Song for ‘i hate u, i love u’ at the Radio Disney Music Awards, Olivia has also featured on ‘Might Die Young’ alongside Bobby Brackins and Tinashe.
